La Taberna is a section within Mòmoto, but it is also a project that breathes on its own. A space where paths cross: that of those who travel by motorcycle to discover, and that of those who cook with their soul to share. Here we compile visual chronicles – portraits, words, atmospheres – of taverns, kitchens, wineries and stoves that tell the story of a place better than any map.

We want to talk about local cuisine, yes, but above all about what happens around a table after an intense day on the road.
We don’t look for the most famous or the most beautiful places: we look for the most authentic.
Places where you eat well and talk better. Where they welcome you as one of them, and where the stories begin with “once, going down that curve…” and end with a full stomach and a happy heart.
